Sarah was born and raised on the Gold Coast and considers herself a true Gold Coast local (despite having no surfing ability). When Sarah is not in the office, you can find her outdoors hiking in the hinterland, attempting to meet her Goodreads goal or enjoying a red wine (or two) with friends.
Sarah comes from a background in the mining and energy resource sector and now advises a range of clients across various industries in employment law. Specifically, advising clients on modern award compliance, operation of enterprise agreements, contract preparation and negotiations, unlawful discrimination, corporate restructuring risks and strategies, management of ill and injured employees and dismissal.
Sarah also has extensive experience representing and defending clients in unfair dismissal and general protections claims before the Fair Work Commission.
Sarah has become a day to day resource for many our client’s businesses and strongly believes that clients should not be afraid of their lawyer! She aims to provide practical and commercial solutions to all her client’s employment needs.
Sarah regularly volunteers for the Robina Community Legal Centre, providing employment advice to low income and disadvantaged members of the Gold Coast community.
